Summer? Still Waiting

It says summer began June 21. We are still waiting for the summer temperatures. One day it was close to 90 degrees and then back in the 70's, which is perfect right? I have put my jacket up, but it is not to far out of reach to grab it again.

We have had a busy month getting settled. We have also visited family, gone to the zoo and a baseball game. It is so enjoyable to get into the car and everyone behaves themselves and stays on their side of the road and follows the traffic laws. It is amazing but everything goes so smoothly even the roads are smooth.

My younger sister got married and all my sisters and brothers and their families were there. It was a nice wedding and of course seeing all my siblings all together was nice.

Prince emailed and gave us a wonderful report of 9 students getting saved, the following week 3 more and another 2 accepted Christ over a couple of weeks at the school they have devotions at each week. This was just after the head mistress told him the school bought drums and they are going to dance and drum. Drums are in most churches and schools. Some can say it is part of their culture, but you have to teach them what is right. The church going to a youth conference this month (which maybe this week?) The theme for the conference is, "Encouraging Young Men To Get Into The Ministry". So please pray for our young folks in Ghana. Esther Norty's sisters funeral was this month also. She had passed away right before we left Ghana. Pro_25:25  As cold waters to a thirsty soul, so is good news from a far country.
